Our reply to their fake reviews (the entire text below):
One more fake review. You have never contacted us and never been to our place. The fake reviews haven’t affected our Google rating thanks to Google because it can see these are fake reviews. In meanwhile, we’re compiling screenshots of all the fake reviews so that we post it on our website and social media with name and phone number of the person who first wrote the fake review.
These people who have never been to Ayurveda Bhavan are hating us it seems after we commented the following on the fake review of Mr. Darshan Upadhyay +1 (403) 618-3042 (Canada). He posted a fake Google review about us and caused us damage so we hold the right to write his name and number here so that others are aware for their safety when dealing with him. In his WhatsApp message to us, he had written his name as Mr. Darshan Upadhyay. However, WhatsApp shows his name to be Damodar Charan (Upadhyay). You can also see how others are writing fake reviews who have never been to our place or contacted us.
Google has already removed Mr. Damodar / Mr. Darshan’s Google review saying his review appeared to violate Google’s policies.
Our initial reply to fake review by Mr. Damodar / Mr. Darshan is this and then we started seeing more fake reviews. Everyone should read this:
Mr. Darshan, You seem to have mental health issues and not only other medical issues as you’ve shared with us. We pray that you don’t keep suffering and that people reading your review can reach out to you and help you. Our Head Doctor who has treated thousands of people from around the world for 42+ years first read your long message with your list of health issues and when you asked for the list of treatments then we asked you if 1000 INR will be suitable for you to do doctor consultation. You agreed to it and then we asked for payment.
You said such a negative thing that “Im sorry but this seems too money minded then patient oriented.” It is a very normal process to take booking amount and then work on scheduling the appointment because you are in Canada and not at our clinic in Rishikesh. Moreover, if you really first wanted to fix a time for consultation and then only pay then you could’ve told us that instead of what you wrote about us without any basis. We will publish your chat (we’ll remove specific health issues because we’re not like you) to the world on our social media and website with your name and phone number (since you wrote your fake review and so we can post about you) because if you are so unstable then the world needs to help you urgently. The world can easily see how polite and concise is our messages to you whereas what negativity you wrote to us.
We pray for you and this is a very positive thing we are doing unlike your behaviour. Don’t be so pathetic within yourself. How pathetic is your mental health condition which reflects in your review that you gave 1/5 for our Room and our Location when you haven’t even been to our place. You have so much negativity with you perhaps due to your poor health condition. Please check with your family and friends (if any) what they have to say. We have taken screenshot of your fake review and will post it. Instead of focusing on your health, you are writing fake review. How sad are you? Please get immediate help. You are suffering a lot. You need to heal. We pray for you.

We answer to inquiries through WhatsApp messages and emails and avoid giving answers through calls on our inquiry number because we prefer to do all inquiry related communications in writing so that people are very clear with all our responses and that all our communication is well documented. This should be a good thing for customers. We never spoke to Mr. Damodar / Mr. Darshan but only and always replied to him in WhatsApp on his above number. We answer all calls on our front office number or call back and our number is mentioned on our Google listing and website. If Mr. Damodar / Mr. Darshan really wanted to talk to us then why didn’t he call the number on our Google listing?
