BOOKING PROCEDURES:
Our Executive (Operations) will revert you with your Itinerary/ Cost/ Booking Options /Booking Status within one working day from receipt of your email.

ROOM RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Check in Time:                   12:00 Noon (As per INDIAN STANDARD TIME)
Check Out Time:               12:00 Noon (As per INDIAN STANDARD TIME)

All the Bookings are guaranteed against Credit Card Guarantee or 20% of the Total Cost. In case of “No Show” management of Ayurveda-Bhavan at Rishikesh, reserves all the Rights to charge Retention Charges.
Cancellations or Modifications, if any should be informed in written at least 15 days prior to the Booking Date.

*Retention Charges: 20% of Total Cost charged to your Credit Card.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust on your part; we take this trust very seriously and we do not share any information related to your credit card with any agency or third party.
We do not charge our guests with any additional charges/hidden charges at the time of booking. We will send you the confirmation of the amount charged by copying a mail which will have your Bill Copy.

REFUND POLICY:

Advance payment is a non-refundable amount which can be adjusted* later on for your bookings with us.
*Adjustment of Advance Payment is valid within 6 months w.e.f. your Booking Date. For e.g. if you book with us from 6th April 2012  to 10th April 2012 then the advance payment is valid till 6th October 2012. The Booking will be subject to the availability of Rooms.

PAYMENT POLICY
The Guests are required to pay full and final amount before check out. The extra payment to be paid to Ayurved Bhavan at Rishikesh in case the amount exceeds from the Booking Amount due of addition of service, Room Up gradation, etc.
